** Cancellations of registrations received before November 1, 2025 will be entitled to a refund of the amount except (50) USD for management fees.

**** If you are unable to attend the event, we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost. All requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 48 hours before the event.
