Professor of Nephrology at the University of Patras, Greece, and Secretary General of the European Renal Association (ERA).
He previously served as Dean of the University of Patras Medical School and President of the Hellenic Society of Nephrology.
His clinical and research expertise spans glomerular diseases, CKD progression, and kidney transplantation.
He has authored more than 200 scientific publications and is a Distinguished Fellow of the ERA.
