General Instructions

Abstracts should present original research, clinical studies, audits, quality improvement projects, case series, or educational initiatives relevant to nephrology and kidney care.

• Abstract Requirements

Maximum abstract text: 300 words
(Title, authors, and affiliations are not included in the word count)
Maximum title length: 150 characters (including spaces)
Tables, figures, images, and graphical content are not permitted
Abstracts must be submitted in English
Incomplete submissions will be automatically rejected

• Abstract Structure

Abstracts must be organized under the following headings in bold capital letters:

AIM
Clearly state the purpose or objective of the study.

METHODS
Describe the study design, participants, interventions, measurements, and statistical methods in sufficient detail to allow interpretation and reproducibility.

RESULTS
Present the principal findings of the study. Relevant numerical data and statistical analyses should be included where appropriate. Results should directly correspond to the methods described.

CONCLUSION
Summarize the key findings and their clinical or scientific significance.

• Oral Presentations

Selected oral presentations will be allocated:
6 minutes for presentation
2 minutes for discussion and questions
Total session time: 8 minutes

 Timekeeping
Session Chairs will strictly enforce presentation timings.
Presenters are strongly encouraged to rehearse their presentations to ensure completion within the allocated time.

• Electronic Poster Presentations

Posters with Oral Discussion (OPD)
Electronic posters will be displayed during the Congress and accompanied by a brief oral presentation.
Each presenter will be allocated:
4 minutes for oral presentation
1 minute for discussion

• Presentation Requirements

Maximum 3 slides
Presentation should focus on the study objective, key findings, and conclusions

• Publication and Presentation Policy

Accepted abstracts will be published in the official Congress Abstract Book.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to determine the final presentation format (Oral or e-Poster).
At least one author must be registered and present the work during the Congress.
Failure of the presenting author to register may result in withdrawal of the abstract from the scientific program and abstract publication.

Important:
The presenting author must register for the Congress after abstract acceptance to ensure inclusion in the final scientific program. Accepted presenting authors will be eligible for discounted registration fees.
Accepted abstracts may be selected for either:

• Oral Presentation
• Electronic Poster Presentation (e-Poster)
