Colombian Plastic Surgeon with over 30 years of experience in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. He is the creator of the TULUA Transverse Plication Abdominoplasty and TRICK-Tip rhinoplasty and a dedicated educator in Plastic Surgery.
He serves as Director (2024–2026) of FILACP’s Educational Foundation and is an Honorary Member of the Colombian Society of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Villegas is also the author of TULUA (2025) and Fundamentals of Plastic Surgery (2019), and is recognized for his innovative contributions and expertise in complex surgical cases.
