General, Plastic, and Hand Surgeon based in Germany and Austria. She co-directs the Clinic of Plastic and Hand Surgery in Murnau and heads the Department of Plastic and Hand Surgery at Klinikum Penzberg, while also leading the Hand and Peripheral Nerve Surgery Team at University Hospital Innsbruck.
A past President of the German Society of Hand Surgery and current President of ICOPLAST (2025–2026), Dr. Baur specializes in congenital hand deformities, wrist surgery, and wrist arthroscopy. She is actively involved in humanitarian surgical missions and advocates for women in plastic surgery.
