Substitution Requests

  • Substitute delegates may attend in place of a registered participant at no additional cost.
  • All substitution requests must be submitted via email at least 24 hours prior to the event.
  • Substitutions become effective only upon receipt of official confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

  • 6 weeks or more prior to the event: Full refund
  • 4–6 weeks prior to the event: 60% refund
  • 2–4 weeks prior to the event: 30% refund
  • Less than 2 weeks prior to the event: No refund
  • Failure to attend: No refund
