How to Cancel Your Registration

If you need to cancel your registration, please submit a written request via email to the Intervention Champions Club team at Khaled.elsawy@icomgroup.org .

Full Refund Deadline

Cancellations made by 25 September 2026 will be eligible for a full refund, minus a USD 25 administrative fee per registrant.

Written Requests Only

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email. Cancellation requests made by telephone will not be accepted.

Late Cancellations and Non-Attendance

No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after 25 September 2026 or for registrants who do not attend the conference.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within three weeks after the event.
