Overview
Sustainable UHC requires a holistic approach that considers both short-term needs and long-term sustainability. Private sector engagement can help build resilient healthcare systems by diversifying funding sources, fostering innovation, and promoting efficiency in resource allocation.Private sector engagement and strategic purchasing are critical components for achieving sustainable universal health coverage (UHC) through Resource Mobilization, Efficiency and Innovation, Capacity Expansion, Choice and Flexibility, Inclusivity and Equity.
Effective private sector engagement and strategic purchasing contribute to greater coverage in healthcare and achieve the best possible health outcomes.
