Cases Submission Portal Sign In

Thank you for your interest in submitting. The contribution of cases submitters is critical and we value your input greatly. Please sign into the Cases Portal with your account email address and password. If you have not yet submitted a presentation, please create a new account below

Submission guidelines

  • Clinical case presentations must be written in British English, without mention of author or institution names.
  • Your presentation must not exceed 15 slides (including title), case summary, images and videos and conclusion.
  • The presentation title should be indicative of the clinical case content and be written in lowercase and not in capital letters. Capital letters should be used only at the beginning of a sentence and for proper nouns. Company or trade names, special symbols, characters and uncommon abbreviations are not permitted.
  • Mentions of patient, author or institution names are not authorized in any part of the presentation as submissions are peer reviewed in a double-blind process. Disclosures
  • The disclosure form for the Presenting Author must be completed at the time of submission.
  • Failure to comply with the above guidelines will disqualify your submission.


PLEASE NOTE

  • Only completed submissions will enter the review process and all incomplete drafts will be deleted from the system
  • Once the closing date has passed, you will not be able to modify your clinical case
  • You will receive an acknowledgment email for each submission. If you do not receive any messages, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder
