PLEASE NOTE
Submission guidelines
- Clinical case presentations must be written in British English, without mention of author or institution names.
- Prepare your presentation on the attached template. Please click on the following link to download the template.Only .ppt, .pptx, .pps, .ppsx formats are accepted. ppt template
- Your presentation must not exceed 15 slides (including title), case summary, images and videos, conclusion.
- The presentation title should be indicative of the clinical case content and be written in lower case and not in capital letters. Capital letters should be used only at the beginning of a sentence and for proper nouns. Company or trade names, special symbols, characters and uncommon abbreviations are not permitted.
- Mentions of patient, author or institution names are not authorized in any part of the presentation as submissions are peer reviewed in a double-blind process. Disclosures
- The disclosure form for the Presenting Author must be completed at the time of submission.
- Failure to comply with the above guidelines will disqualify your submission.
PLEASE NOTE
- Only completed submissions will enter the review process and all incomplete drafts will be deleted from the system
- Once the closing date has passed, you will not be able to modify your clinical case
- You will receive an acknowledgement email for each submission. If you do not receive any message, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder
